Congratulations to Tom Sanders and Joel Wynter who both won silver medals in the LUCA (London Universities & Colleges) indoor championships at Lee Valley on Sunday. Joel long-jumped 6.14m. (Frustratingly, he had longer no-jumps!) Tom ran 23.78 in the 200. He was short of speed early on but finished very strongly and just failed to catch the winner, beaten by less than a metre.
