Road Running

Training starts at 7:00pm on Mondays and 6:30pm on Wednesdays.

We have a large and enthusiastic road running group. From club competitor to social runner all abilities are catered for. If you want to get into running or you already are a keen runner this is the group for you.

We take part in local races throughout the year including the Ealing Half Marathon, The Perivale 5 and the Osterley 10K, and we participate in the popular and family-friendly Summer League road race series. We also run a wide range of cross country races during the winter, including the Met League, the country’s premier regional cross country league.

Our training programmes aim to get the best out of you. We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays.

  • On Monday we meet at a hill location (please contact us on the link below if you would like to see the schedule) a few members will run from Perivale track to the location leaving at 6.30pm.
  • On Wednesday we have interval training on Perivale track. We meet at 6.30pm for some warm up drills and the session starts at 6.45pm. There is a charge for using the track.

We are a friendly group and there will always be someone there to make you feel welcome. Why not come along and give us a try.
