Wet, wild and windy. The weather that is, not our athletes, but it did mean personal bests were hard to come by. After a promising start to this year’s Southern Athletics League, we struggled for points at the second meeting, and we finished third, well behind hosts Harrow AC. On […]
It was a hectic start to our home match for team managers Bridie & Denise! Bride turned up without numbers and Denise had to make a last minute dash to scout camp to nab Kai & Kane. Many thanks to Kirk for speeding down on his bike with the numbers […]

With exam season under way, it was a slightly depleted squad of U20/U17 athletes who travelled to Portsmouth for the second match of the Youth Development League on Saturday. However, we won eight events, and witnessed a good crop of PBs. The athletes did their best to maximise points by […]
We had a successful morning at the Ealing Eagles 10k in Gunnersbury Park on Sunday, scooping the men’s and women’s team awards. Jamie Taylor-Caldwell won the race outright by a minute from Paul Piper of West 4 Harriers, with Jamal Mohamed of Victoria Park & Tower Hamlets close behind in […]
There were PBs galore at the Watford Open last night, despite the chilly breeze and the intermittent rain. Eight ESM middle distance athletes took part in the graded 1500m races, and seven of them went home with PBs. The biggest improver was Lucy O’Brien, who sliced 11 seconds from her previous […]
