Steve Mann took three of his young athletes to compete at the Indoor Age Group Championships in Sheffield at the weekend. U20 Nick Landeau won his heat of the 800m in 1:54.25, which is an indoor personal best over the distance. He was third fastest qualifier overall, before placing third in the final in a time of 1:54.35. U17 Mukhtar Farah placed fourth in the 1500m in 4:28.54, which is also his best indoor performance to date. Fellow U17 Charlie Sillett is undertaking his first indoor season, and has improved on each outing. He also ran a personal best of 2:05.01 in his heat of the 800m.
