Massive congratulations to Jason Carty, who won a gold medal at the European Masters Indoor Championships in Madrid. He progressed from 7.28 in his heat to 7.13 in his semi and then ran 7.12 to win the final. Jason is in the habit of winning gold medals at masters championships, but this time he also broke the British M45 60m record.
