Thirteen proved a lucky number for ESM at the Watford Open Meeting last Wednesday. That’s how many of our young middle distance runners competed in the 800m races, and nine of them produced a PB. Coach Graham French also put in a decent M60 performance! There was more good news for Laura Stewart, who has been selected to represent Middlesex in the 300m hurdles at the Southern Inter Counties in July.
