There was a good set of times from ESM athletes at the latest Watford Open Graded Meeting, with a healthy sprinkling of PBs. Mo Hashi was our fastest over 1500m. He has run under 4 minutes already this season, and got agonisingly close to doing so again. George Kerry sliced a good 15 seconds from his previous best, Mohamed Ibrahim improved by almost as much, while Oliver Way and Nicola Ravenhill trimmed a couple of seconds from their PBs. Kyle Stanley ran a couple of laps beyond his usual distance in his first outing as an ESM member!
Anisa Ibrahim made a promising debut over 3000m.
