The memorial service of Michael Laurence Barratt will be held at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Pyrford, Woking, Surrey, GU22 8SP on Monday December 3rd at 3 pm.
Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, to the Sports Aid Trust.
