Congratulations to U15 Sonia Ouzhene for winning the Jack Petchey award for September 2019.
Sonia attends training sessions regularly and is a very polite and friendly member of the endurance group. She’s shown great club loyalty by turning out at every cross country race so far this season. Despite being in her first year as an Under 15, Sonia has adapted well to the longer distance, competing in the joint U15/U17 races in the Met League.
The £250 was spent on a Assistant Coach course for Debra Booker and on safety lights for Annick Hooge’s U11 group to use when training outside on the fields.
