There was a good turnout from the ESM junior section at this year’s Ealing Mini Mile. There was a win in the U12 girls’ category for Mia De Vivenot and in the U16 boys’ race, Marcus West broke the course record to win in 5:13.
Maxi Steel and Arun Smith battled round the course with Maxi coming out on top for the U14 boys, finishing 5th boy in a PB of 5:49 with Arun in 5:55 (unofficial time) close behind.
It was good to see so many of Bridie Lebdiri and James De Vivenot’s training group represented, as well as Annick’s younger athletes. Thomas Bass, Josie Booker, Tom Dobbin, Joseph Flitter, Jonah Mezey, Tyler & Phoenix Offiah, Arun Smith, Finlay Vadon and Immi van der Graaf all ran great times and showed the benefits of some good training.
