Traditional event…New location
The Ealing Southall & Middlesex AC Boxing Day Handicap has been run annually since 1924.
There are three races, all free-to-enter, which start together at 10:45am on December 26th: a senior race of just over 4 miles and a junior race of c.2 miles, and an under 11 race of c.1 miles. Juniors may run the long course, (though it is not recommended for those under 15), and adults may run the short course.
Handicaps are set for adult club members running the long course, and the prize-winners are the three who beat their handicap by the largest time margins. Other prizes may be awarded, though this is dependent on donations.
Guest runners are very welcome to take part in the races, though they will not be included in the handicap.

When: register by 10:30am latest for a 10:45am start
