Two ESM athletes won medals at the London Universities & Colleges Championships held at the Lee Valley indoor stadium at the weekend.
Sebastian Hanson
Sebastian Hanson won both the 1500m and the 3000m. He had a four second winning margin in the 1500m, which he ran in 4:11.47. He also had a comfortable victory with his 9:07.8 in the 3000m.

Tom Sanders competed in the 60m and 200m. He took bronze in the 200m with 23.65 (though he ran slightly faster when winning his heat with 23.51). He was second in his 60m heat with 23.51.
