Congratulations to Jamie Taylor-Caldwell and Chris Hepworth for their PB performances at a high quality 5K road race in Armagh last night: 15:14 for Jamie and 15:49 for Chris. Jamie knocked seven seconds off his previous best time on the road, while Chris improved his record by 24 seconds.
Jamie is already the club record holder for 5000m on the track (14:21.23) and now moves to second on the club’s 5K road ranking.
