Our next Cross Country fixture is the North West London League race at Kingsbury on October 28th.
VENUE:
The race is taking place in Fryent Country Park. The race will start near the entrance at the junction of Slough Lane and Salmon Street. The race headquarters are near this entrance (50 yards away) at the Kingsbury Free Church Hall, Slough Lane, London NW9 8QG.
TRANSPORT:
We are not planning to run a minibus as this race is nearby. If you need a lift, contact Team Managers.
By car:
Head north along the North Circular Road (A406) to the Neasden Way turn-off (A4088). Head up Neasden Way towards Kingsbury for ½ mile. Turn right into Tudor Gardens and continue up Church Lane for 1 mile. Turn left into Slough Lane. Entrance to park is ahead.
By public transport:
Kingsbury tube (Jubilee Line) is on Kingsbury Road, ½ mile from race start. Walk towards Colindale and take third turn on the right into Slough Lane.
Buses: From Ealing take 297 bus to Wembley Park, followed by an 83 bus to Slough Lane.

12:55 p.m. Under 13 girls with U/11 Boys, 2,200m
1:10 p.m. Under 15 Girls with U/13 Boys, 3,000m
1:30 p.m. Under 17 Women with U/15 Boys, 4,000m
2:00 p.m. Under 17 Men, 5,000m
North of the Thames/Liddiard Trophy races:
The U17 Men and U17 Women races are both North West London League races and will form this year’s U17 North of the Thames race. The North of the Thames/Liddiard races are historic races which have been run for almost 100 years. All regular U17 cross country runners will be entered for this race, for which medals are awarded.
