Congratulations to Sarah Richardson, who qualified to compete for Britain at the World Age Group Triathlon Championships in Rotterdam last weekend, and finished 13th out of 72 in the W40-44 age category. Sarah completed the race in a total time of 80:33. Just to put that in perspective, she clocked 19:49 over the 5km, having just swum 750m and cycled 20km!!
