Our throwers were in action at the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham on Friday and Saturday 6-7 July.
Raf Mowawski came 3rd in Senior Boys Hammer. Tara Morawska was 6th in Intermediate Girls Hammer.
Yasmine Ferguson was 8th and Chanelle Pierre 13th in Junior Girls Shot.
One of our most distinguished former members, Charlotte Gould won Bronze in the Senior Girls Hammer with a PB of 48.88.
Also good luck to ex ESM Kai Jones who trains at our track and now competes for Essex Beagles, who is in the Ukraine, competing in the World Youth Championships at Donetsk, Ukraine on 10-14 July.
