Long-time ESM member Dennis Wraight set an M80 record of 25:47.61 over 5000m in the Slovenian Championships in Celje recently. This also ranks him fifth on the UK all-time list for that age group. Dennis, now 81, has found some good form lately, which he attributes in part to having recently joined a gym for the first time. Which proves it’s never too late to try something new!
