ESM’s juniors were instrumental in Team Ealing’s excellent 4th place finish in the Nike X London Youth Games Virtual Cross Country event last week.
Young Londoners competed across four different age groups: U11, U13, U15 and U17, running distances ranging from 1500m to 4500m.
Most of ESM’s athletes completed their virtual race over the tough terrain of Horsenden Hill and many of them finished in the top 50 for their age groups, including Jack Hayward (2nd in U11s) and Seweryn Czapka (3rd in U17s).
