Details below and attached for the penultimate Summer League race of the year on Sunday.
SUMMER LEAGUE – REGENTS PARK 10K
Anybody is welcome to run – we want as many runners a possible to help close the gap to the leaders! As usual the main race will be followed by a 1,500m approx. tenderfoot race for children, a 400m fun run and some short fun relays! All apart from the 400m fun run score points so we need kids to do the tenderfoot and full relay teams! Don’t forget the sun cream and plenty of water!
TRAVEL: I can’t make this one but I suggest for club runners wanting to travel as a group you should leave from the car park outside the club house at Perivale Track at 7:45am. If you do require a lift or can offer a lift please try put a note on the Bulletin Board so it is sorted in advance. Regents Park is also well served by public transport – see attached.

RACE TIME: 9:00am
ENTRY FEE: Only £1! Enter on the day via Mary Walsh who is standing in as ESM Team Manager (thanks Mary!)
RACE LOCATION: The Hub, Regents Park (map)
RACE DETAILS: It is 3-lap 10K course inside the park and is mainly flat with slight undulation. Free refreshments will be provided to all runners as usual.
