If you want to get fit, lose weight and decide whether you like running we are starting a new beginner’s eight week runner’s program on Wednesday 4 March.
Don’t worry about how fast you are, or if you can actually run, or how you look or anything like that. This group offers a friendly, supportive environment for people who would simply like to try running to see if it’s for them. At the end of the program you will feel better, look better and definitely be fitter.
Where: Perivale Athletics Track, Ruislip Road East, UB6 9BG (at the top of the Argyle Road near the A40)
When: Wednesday 4 March at 7.20pm then every Wednesday after for seven weeks
Cost: £2.90 per session
Length: Approximately 30 mins
Aim: To gain fitness, lose weight and enjoy exercise in a friendly, easy-going environment
For Who: Anyone who would like to try running as a fitness activity or anyone returning to running
