Congratulations to Ben Waterman for his silver medal at the BUCS (British Universities & Colleges Sport) Championships at the weekend. Ben ran the 800m final in an indoor PB of 1:50.31. Ironically enough, the winner of that race was Richard Charles of Shaftesbury Barnet, who cut his teeth at Ealing Southall & Middlesex! Mo Hashi also ran well, getting as far as the semi-final of the 1500m.
