Congratulations to Jason Carty for his victory in the M45 60m, in a time of 7.25. Tracey Gould won both the indoor W35 weight throw (9.08k) with a distance of 9.79m and the outdoor hammer throw with a throw of 35.44. After his indoor track debut at the Southern Counties Masters in February, Dave Foley was fifth in the M55 1500m, with a much improved time of 5:07.87.
