Two top class performances to report from ESM athletes! Mel Newbery ran a PB of 9:31.42 over 3000m at the Husky Classic in Seattle on Saturday 15th. Somewhat nearer to home, new member Guillaume Adam ran 8:10.33 over the same distance at the British Indoor Athletics Championships in Sheffield on Saturday 8th. (We’re not sure if that’s a club record, but it’s the fastest known to Power of 10…)
