The club provides coaching and competition for a wide range of ages across all athletics disciplines. We provide for athletes from Year 5 all the way up to the over 35s (and older).
Our coaching groups cover the basic introductory skills as well as the more advanced requirements of the technical events. See the Coach details here to get a better idea of what we do.
We take part in Track & Field leagues for all age groups:
- Southern Athletics League for seniors;
- Youth Development League for older teenagers (school years 10 and upwards);
- Middlesex Young Athletes League for younger athletes; and
- Southern Counties Veterans League for the over 35s.
We also run cross country during the winter in the Metropolitan League and the North West London League.
